Fill in our order form and send us a project brief. After order submission you will receive login credentials to our client area. It is our main communication tool. It is great to have all the project communication including attachments and invoices in one place.
We investigate your project and make sure that we are on the same page as you. Everything clear? Great! We move forward with the design and/or code of your newsletter. Usually we divide the project into 2 different phases. First we will work till you approve the design and after that we will slice and code it.
We go through Quality Assurance Process which includes detailed testing on 40 clients and devices. In case we miss something or you're not totally satisfied, we will work on it until you love it! We offer as many revisions as needed.
